About the Session

Choosing which assessment to use in any particular situation can be a challenging unless you understand the approaches and objectives of the many options.

Join us and our panelists as they share their expertise and provide examples and insights from their own experience. Together we will explore the assessment tools widely used by talent development professionals and how they add value to our effectiveness as Talent Development leaders.

This session will provide you with an understanding of some of the assessment tools widely used by talent development professionals in the following areas. 

  • Behavioral tendencies
  • Personality styles
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Leadership effectiveness
  • Coaching Effectiveness

Panelists with expertise in implementing select assessments will share real-life practical examples and case studies including:

  • Overview of the assessment and targeted area to add value 
  • When and how it was most effectively applied               
  • Expected outcomes
  • Practical application and results and insights gained upon implementation regarding overall impact     

The evening will conclude with questions and with table group sharing of examples and best practices regarding assessment implementation with your peers and colleagues.
