Job Title:  Change Management Learning Specialist

Function: Audit & Assurance

Department:  Change Management and Communications Team

Location: Telecommuter role with the ability to work from home or local Deloitte office with travel once a month

Job Summary

The Change Management Learning Specialist will work directly with the Deloitte Audit Change Management Senior Learning Specialist and other team members in the execution of design, development and deployment of learning to support the Change and Adoption strategy for the Audit practice. The incumbent will support strategic projects by creating and implementing elearning courses, demo videos, tutorials and other learning materials based on learning and development best practices. The individual must have experience assessing learning needs, designing, developing, and coordinating learning projects. Experience in change management and applying change management principles to learning is a plus.

Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities

       Design and develop learning solutions for Deloitte Audit concepts, processes, tools and technologies in support of Deloitte Audit Change Management and Adoption strategy

       Work directly with internal stakeholders to identify change management, adoption and learning needs

       Inform and create change, learning and communications plans in support of change management and adoption projects

       Liaise with Subject Matter Experts and other learning teams across the organization in the content development and delivery of Deloitte Audit Change Management & Adoption learning

       Evaluate learning impact by utilizing learning monitoring mechanisms


       Experience in learning development and delivery required. Must have experience coordinating and developing learning in varied formats (e.g., eLearning interfaces such as Captivate, Brainshark, Storyline, Camtasia)

       Experience applying learning development best practices, including ADDIE. Experience with change management best practices such as ADKAR is a plus.

       Superior writing, editing, and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

       Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise professional judgment

       Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with management

       Experience working in a virtual workforce environment with team members across multiple offices/locations

       Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
