ABOUT OUR SPEAKER: 
Chris Ruisi
 

As the Founder and CEO of The Coach’s Zone, Chris is an experienced business coaching professional with an exceptional record of leadership in both large and small businesses. He has extensive experience in “getting the job done” in areas impacting his client’s success. He is an accomplished public speaker providing his audiences with direction and motivation on what is needed to accomplish whatever you set your sights on. 

Chris began his 25 plus year career in the life insurance industry when he joined USLIFE Corporation in June of 1974 as Director of Personnel. During his career at USLIFE, he held a number of executive positions as he progressed from Vice President – Human Resources to President & COO/CEO (and member of the Office of the Chairman and Board of Directors). Following the acquisition of USLIFE by American General Corporation (AGC), a $3 billion project he quarterbacked, he remained with AGC as President & CEO and member of the Board of Directors of two of its operating subsidiaries until May 1998.

Chris’ first book – “Step Up and Play Big – How to Be Exceptional in 8 Simple Steps” was released in June 2012 and has received wide recognition as being a practical tool for anyone pursuing goals. He provides regular advice to such media outlets as Monster.com; The Street.com; Entrepreneur.com; and many others. Those who follow Chris have also given high praise to his weekly blog/newsletter – “Monday Morning Wake Up Call.”
