About This Event

A Mastermind is a gathering of people with a focused objective, contributing and helping each other work towards a goal or through a challenge.  This series' goal is about how we can best deal with the virus situation. You don't have to attend all sessions although with a Mastermind that is the intent.

While most people are focused on whether they can work from home, or how to stay well in jobs that require in person presence, we in the Talent and Training fields have an additional worry: How do I keep people learning, calm, and work humming along? What is Plan B if staff loses focus or needs time off?

Come share your challenges and brainstorm with us to solve these immediate concerns.  For example, have you quickly turned instructor-led classes to virtual?  Were you already prepared for that?  How about helping your company with flexibility and resilience?

Bring your challenge and share your ideas for solutions.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• Reflect on the discussion to see if they received a tip they can try on the job immediately.

• Have a better perspective of how the current virus situation is impacting companies.

• Experience how learning doesn't have to stop - it can be transformed.
