Virtual Learning Games to Stimulate Engagement

About This Event

Come join us for this session on exploring virtual learning games to help energize your trainees, keep engagement levels high, and allow participants to make decisions.

In a virtual environment, it’s easy to start a session in which no one knows each other. This can create a tense environment, and you ask yourself whether or not you should spend time starting off by getting to know one another or go straight to presenting the learning material despite the time you have? And when training virtually have you felt like you have “lost” your trainees during a session? How can you bring them back and stay engaged?

Rosemary Okoiti, VP of Talent Management of ATD NYC Chapter and Juliet Hart, Past President of ATD Mid NJ Chapter, will facilitate virtual exercises that they checked out to help trainers who are new to the virtual training space or those looking for new ideas.  ALSO, Karl Kapp will guide us through an exercise and show us a sneak peek of the next level of engagement!

Registrants will participate in various virtual activities which provide you with resources, tools and actionable ideas that you can implement immediately.

And come with your suggestions also - we would love to hear them!
