About the Speaker

Ed Franzone is Principal at Ed Franzone Consulting LLC, a consultancy specializing in executive coaching, team effectiveness and leadership development.  Prior to launching his consultancy, Ed was Senior Director, Worldwide Learning and Development at BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company).  In this role, he was responsible for creating BD’s worldwide learning strategy and leading BD University. 

Ed earned an MBA in finance from St. John’s University and an MA in organizational development from Fielding Graduate Institute.
