If you'd like to know BEFORE you create a training program that it has the ingredients it needs to succeed, and how to find the measures your organization actually cares about, this 1hr webinar is for you!
In it, we'll cover how to triage learning requests, write assessments, speak like a stakeholder, and produce effective learning for people who think they have better things to do. The only hard part is keeping it simple, but -- armed with the handouts that will be shared in this session -- it can be!
