About This Event

With increasing competition and globalization, coupled with rapid changes in workforce demographics and technology, innovation isn’t just important, it’s required for survival. However, investing in innovation doesn’t just mean spending money on R&D and new technology. You can’t reap the benefits of innovation without investing in the people who innovate! About Our Presenter

Merrick Rosenberg co-founded Team Builders Plus in 1991 and Take Flight Learning in 2012. He is the author of The Chameleon and co-author of Taking Flight!, two books about personality styles. Under Merrick’s leadership as CEO, his company has been selected as the New Jersey Business of the Year and named one of the Fastest Growing Companies and Best Places to Work in the Philadelphia area a combined 14 times over the past 11 years. He received his MBA from Drexel University who recognized him as the Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year. Merrick has worked with more than half of the Fortune 100 companies in the US and around the world.
