Changing/Pivoting Your L&D Strategy to Meet the Current Environment

About This Event

Has your organization adapted or pivoted its learning and development strategy due to the pandemic? Many organizations have had to rethink and reevaluate their strategy for delivering learning and organizational development to address business and social challenges.

Join us as we hear from a panel of three learning and development leaders representing different industries. They will discuss their journeys during this unprecedented time and the decisive measures they took and are still taking. They will share tools and resources that helped them create both short and long-term approaches which we can take back and apply as we develop and roll-out strategies for our organizations during this critical period of rapid change and uncertainty.

This program is eligible for one credit hour(s) for either a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credential holder.
