About This Event
To meet company goals, organizations need capable leaders to guide the company. But due to unforeseen developments like “The Great Resignation” and pandemic-related financial pressures companies are facing, many organizations’ talent pipeline is not being developed because companies often address these challenges with cutbacks in training and development investments. This may provide short-term benefits, but often hinders sustained performance and growth.
