About This Event

With advances in Talent Management technology in the workplace, companies have more resources than ever before to help connect the ideal worker to critical opportunities in their businesses. However, to realize the benefits of these new resources, companies need to change their internal paradigms with respect to talent and career development. This session will look at one company's journey to shift to a skills-based job strategy that seeks to connect the employees with the most critical skills gained from upskilling and reskilling to the critical opportunities that give the company a critical advantage.

During the session, we will discuss how to leverage the skills employees gain from reskilling and upskilling to build a skills-based job strategy.  Additionally, we will discuss how to connect the learner to opportunities within the organization that leverage the employee's active skills, once a job strategy is implemented.
