About This Event

Participant engagement is at the heart of all great meetings, workshops, or training. We want learners to feel safe to share their opinions, thoughts, ideas, and to contribute to the energy of the session. If a participant feels a sense of belonging and connection during the session, chances are they will apply and practice what they’ve learned! Consider how you can, as a facilitator of teams or learners, cultivate psychological safety and a sense of belonging for those you are supporting. In this session, we will discuss tactics for creating a safer workspace before, during, and after your meeting or workshop takes place.

She has led Talent Management, Performance Management, and L&D. 

As a trusted Leadership & Personal Development Coach (ICF, PCC), Liz focuses on empowering business owners, functional leaders, and new people managers to elevate their self-awareness, management effectiveness, and ultimately - team performance. She helps identify leadership values important to the client and how to demonstrate those in the corporate setting, as well as developing external thought leadership. She partners with team leaders and helps them let go of practices and behaviors that are no longer effective in today’s environment while leveraging strengths to provide more strategic clarity, psychological safety and inclusion, resulting in better team engagement, and achieving business results.
