About the Workshop

Securing and keeping customers is a constant process for your business. While you can conduct extensive market research and customer analysis, consider some basic motivations and personality factors that influence how you build and sustain your customer relationships. During this interactive presentation, Wilma Hurwitz will tap her 10+ years in marketing and sales of training services featuring the last 5 years in custom-design & delivery of customer excellence training for call center managers, customer service representatives and service personnel in hospitals, healthcare, consumer products and financial services companies.

About the Presenter

Wilma Hurwitz is a marketing communications consultant with 10+ years of success helping aggressive, growing firms to improve business communications, sales, customer service and workplace performance. Her consulting, coaching and custom-designed training programs have made a bottom-line difference for international financial services firms, noted Fortune 1000 corporations, technology giants, healthcare providers, hospitals, retailers and restaurants. Over 7 years as a free-lance feature writer/reporter for the Morris County Daily Record, Ms. Hurwitz covers new business development, environmental sustainability initiatives and key Morris County Chamber of Commerce events. She holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Douglass College of Rutgers University, state of NY education certification in social studies for grades 7-12 (Hunter College CUNY) and Master’s credits in educational psychology from New York University.
