About This Event

Organizations seeking to boost engagement should re-examine how their C-suite executives and managers at various levels communicate to employees, especially in writing, as face-to-face meetings are increasingly giving way to emails, instant messaging, and other computer-mediated communication.

Jack Appleman, corporate writing instructor and author of the newly released 10 Steps to Successful Business Writing, 2nd Edition (ATD Press), will lead participants through a series of challenging writing exercises that they can submit in real time for Jack’s feedback!
