The program helps attendees to face confidence boosting challenges head-on as they learn the importance of self-promotion in their professional and personal lives. They will be equipped with tools to develop these very important skills sets.

About Our Presenters

Rosemary Okoiti is the founder and CEO of RosemaryOkoiti Consulting, a company that coaches and trains professionals to take the leap to reinvent themselves into successful entrepreneurs.

She is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) with experience in coaching, training delivery, design and management of Leadership development programs, compliance and on-boarding. She is passionate about helping you start & run your own successful business as well as designing and delivering engaging learning solutions that help learners grow to their highest potential while driving achievement of strategic business goals. With global experience in three continents (USA, UK, Africa), she has worked across four industries (banking and micro finance, car rental, education and pharmaceuticals). She has previously worked as training manager in the financial sector, where she managed the design and implementation of leadership development programs for banks and micro finance institutions. 

She serves as the Vice President of Talent Management, at the Association for Talent Development, New York City (ATD NYC) chapter; the Chair, Volunteers Committee, the 2020 ATD Forte Regional Conference; a Judge for the ATD BEST Award Winners and the CLO LearningElite Programs. She is also a Certified Small Business Mentor for SCORE, New Haven CT chapter and a Career Coach for the New Start Career Network Program of Rutgers University, NJ.

Rosemary holds a Masters of Education in Entrepreneurship Development from the University of Illinois, Urbana - Champaign and a Bachelors of Education in Economics & Business from the University of Nairobi, Kenya

Jessalin Lam is a lifelong learner and passionate, people-oriented leader with 10+ years of combined experience across learning & development, diversity & inclusion, marketing, partnerships, business development, client management, and consulting.
