“Corporate Culture Under Pressure: How Leaders Can Respond to Build a Better Organization”

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2021

About This Event

A company’s culture has been shown to have a strong influence on employee engagement, as well as a significant impact on financial performance. It determines how employees see themselves as part of the organization, how they relate to customers, how they interact with authority, approach problem-solving, make strategic decisions, describe their company’s purpose, and more.

Corporate culture is under pressure from all sides: the sudden shift to remote work - and new shifts as employees return – dramatic change in demand and even new business models have dramatically altered carefully-planned employee experiences. Disruption in the rhythms of everyday, live human interactions has created a drain on social capital and professional networks. Continued uncertainties stemming from the pandemic and efforts to confront and end racial injustice have also intensified challenges to trust in organizations and their leaders.

In this webinar the speakers will present research from Dale Carnegie on key workplace issues and recent events affecting corporate culture and offer steps leaders can take now to adjust to the next normal and move their corporate culture in a positive direction.
